In the Algarve, near Ferragudo, by the sea and the big sandy beach of Praia, we can offer you this beautiful holiday villa with private pool which can be heated with direct access to the sea and particularly splendid views of the ocean.

Villa accommodation covering 180 m² for 6 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, air conditioning, satellite television, wifi.

The villa COLOMBIA has a spacious living and dining room which opens onto a patio terrace with sea views. Fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer etc.). Double bedroom with private shower room. Two twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each both of which can push together to form a double if required) and a shower room. Each bedroom has air conditioning.

The garden covers 2500 m² and has a good-sized ten-metre long swimming pool with steps for easy access (pool heating is available for 350 euros per week which can be very useful in low season). There is plenty of garden furniture for relaxing and eating outdoors under the shaded pergola and there is a built-in barbecue positioned so that you can enjoy the views of the beach whilst cooking. A small path leads directly to the beach and there is parking on the grounds for a number of cars.

The special feature of this property is the path leading straight to the sea.

Beach 600 metres. Shops and restaurants in Ferragudo 1 km. Golf 5 km. Tennis in Carvoeiro 3 km. To visit you have Silves 18 km, Lagos 25 km, Monchique 30 km and Cape Saint Vincent 65 km. Faro airport 60 km.
