This superb big holiday house with a secluded private pool and views of the surrounding hills is situated halfway between Trapani and Palermo, the interior oozes Italian design style.

Villa accommodation covering 300 m² on 2 floors for 10 people, 5 bedrooms, 4 shower rooms, air conditioning, satellite television, wifi.

The ground floor has a spacious living and dining room which opens onto the garden as well as a very nice modern equipped kitchen (with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer but no dishwasher). Double bedroom with private shower room. Separate shower room.

The upper floor has a double bedroom with balcony terrace overlooking the hills and the sea. Twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds which can push together to form a double if required). Shower room. Two double bedrooms each with en-suite shower rooms and sea views.

All of the bedrooms in the villa MUSA have air conditioning and there is the possibility to add two extra beds on request for a supplement.

The vast grounds cover 22 hectares which are a lot of acres. There is a ten-metre long swimming pool with steps for easy access and loungers for enjoying the sun poolside. A large covered patio terrace with panoramic views is the ideal place to enjoy your meals outdoors in the shade and there is a barbecue for grills. There is plenty of parking space within.

The extra special feature of this property is the size of the grounds and the seclusion.
