Where are your prices? up
The prices for each property are featured below the description. When the dates show a green indicator the dates are available. Red is booked. Orange is on request. If there are no dates showing then there is no availability at all for that period. Also to find the cost for the dates you require use our rental calculator : just enter your holiday dates! In most cases : no. There are already at least ten photographs displayed. You do need to fully open the villa page to see them all.
Are there any additional charges in addition to the property prices? up
Yes : a handling fee of 20 euros per reservation. Also cancellation insurance if you choose to take ours.
Also under each price grid details of any additional charges (usually payable locally) such as linen, cleaning etc.
Everything is very clear : there are absolutely no surprises.
What is the security deposit? up
An owner entrusts you his/her property (which can be worth hundreds of thousands of pounds). Even if it is a rental property it is normal to ask for a security deposit to cover any small breakages which may occur during your stay. Often a cash amount (for non euro zone clients) is required (generally around 500€ or equivalent) on arrival, which is returned when you leave. Otherwise only euro cheques are accepted, these are not cashed and are returned within fifteen days of departure.
How do I book? up
The easiest is to reserve online using the "I want to book this villa now" link on the villa page.
