Very nice air-conditioned holiday villa on the Costa Dorada just 200 metres from the beach and 1.5 km from the centre of Ampolla in a peaceful area with the nearest shop and restaurant a mere 100 metres walk. The private pool is fenced which is ideal for families with children. There is a shared tennis court for your use free of charge 150 metres from the property.

Villa accommodation covering 190 m² for 13 people, 5 bedrooms, 2 bath/shower rooms, extra kitchen, air conditioning, satellite television, wifi.

The house has a living and dining room with television and DVD player. Two fully equipped kitchens (with dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, microwave etc.). Three double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds). There is air conditioning in all five bedrooms. Bathroom and a shower room.

The grounds cover 600 m² and there is a seven and a half metre long pool with a protective fence along with a play area for children. There are sun loungers and garden furniture for eating outdoors and parking space for up to five cars.

Supermarket 1.5 km. Golf 35 km. Reus airport 50 km.

NOTE: prices are for up to 10 people with a supplement of 200 euros per person per week for extra person's up to 13.

The prices don't include
Supplements required and to be paid on the spot: The security deposit: 300 euros in cash to be paid on the spot upon your arrival. The final cleaning : 100 euros to pay on the spot. The tourist tax: 0.90 cents per person per day over 16 years. The linen is 10 euros per person or package of 100 euros per week.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
