Attractive villa set in beautiful grounds with a private tennis court and swimming pool. Located near Monte San Savino. Arezzo 25km. Siena 25km. Florence 80km.

The entrance is on the first floor (the accommodation level). There are a large living and dining room which opens onto a terrace with panoramic views of the countryside. Fully equipped kitchen, Three double bedrooms and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Bathroom and a shower room. Wi-Fi Internet access available free of charge.

There is a covered terrace for outdoor dining along with a barbeque. The pool is a good size and is complemented by plenty of garden furniture. Beyond the pool are the tennis court and a games area for children.

The style of the villa is a combination of modern and traditional with a good emphasis on comfort.

The prices don't include
Breakage deposit € 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). Obligatory final cleaning €200 Heating € 5,00 per hour (if used). Pets (only small size) are welcome on payment of Euro 6 each per day Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 5 each. Tourist tax Euro 1,50 per person per day applied for the first 5 days only. Children up to 14 years do not pay.
