Il Condottiero is an attractive villa which sleeps up to eleven people, it has it's own large pool and is set in the countryside close to the charming hilltop village of Castiglion Fiorentino 4km. Arezzo 20km. Siena 70km. Florence 90km. Pisa airport 191km.

The upper floor (which can also be accessed via outside steps) has a living room with fireplace and a single sofa bed. A study room with single sofa bed. Double bedroom with small en suite bathroom. Further double bedroom. Triple bedroom with a double and a single bed. Bathroom with shower.

The ground floor has a spacious living and dining room with fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen. Double bedroom and a small bathroom with shower.

The interior decor is neutral and overall fairly traditional. There is a large covered terrace with built in barbeque where you can dine outdoors in the shade.

The enclosed garden has a lovely patio area by the pool where you can enjoy the sun and tranquillity. The owners live discreetly next door.

Private pool open from 01/05 to 30/09. Pets are Welcome. Swimming towels available on request. High speed Wi-Fi internet access (20 Mega). Wood for fireplace. Swimming pool and garden maintenance Bed linen and bathroom towels (initial set). One baby bed (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking. Air conditioning. Final cleaning.

The prices don't include
Breakage deposit Euro 200 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). Tourist Tax Euro 1 per person per day, applied for the first 7 days only, children up to 14 years do not pay. It is not possible to charge electric cars at the house, but at the charging stations located a few kilometers away. Heating Euro 30 per day (if used).
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
