Weather

The Tuscan-Umbrian climate is perfect for holidays from late April to end of October, there is plenty of sunshine and very little rain. In the main summer holiday months of July and August temperatures rise and it can get quite hot.

Sport and leisure

There is plenty for the active family in Tuscany-Umbria with tennis and horse riding popular favourites. Cycling in some of the most beautiful countryside anywhere is a real treat.

Shopping

The adaptation of the Shakespeare play Much ado about nothing starring Kenneth Branagh and a fine complementary cast is set in a marvellous villa in Tuscany.
