Classic Tuscan villa with a beautiful large garden and swimming pool. Set on a hillside commanding superb views of the surrounding countryside. The villa is located a few kilometres from Montepulciano where there are shops and restaurants. This is an excellent wine area.

The upper floor (outdoor access only) has a sitting room with sofa bed and kitchenette. Bathroom. Double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Steps lead up to the tower where there is a double bed.

The ground floor has a light and airy living room and kitchenette. Two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Two shower rooms.

The villa is comfortably furnished and has charming Tuscan décor. There is a satellite television and both kitchenettes are fully equipped.

The pool (open from around 28/04 to 29/09) is a good size and there is plenty of garden furniture as well as a barbeque. You can hire bicycles locally.

The owners live next door.

Private pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09. Final Cleaning. Wi-Fi Internet access. Swimming pool and garden maintenance. Bed linen and bathroom towels (initial set). One baby bed (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking. Pets are not allowed.

The prices don't include
Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). Heating Euro 7 per hour (if used). It is not possible to charge electric cars at the house, but at the charging stations located a few kilometers away. Tourist tax Euro 2,5 per person per day, children up to 12 years do not pay. Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 3 each.
