Casa Di Pepino is a cute air-conditioned villa with private pool and jacuzzi which sleeps up to four people, located near the village of Castiglion Fiorentino 7km in Tuscany, Italy. Arezzo 25km. Siena 75km. Florence 90km. Pisa airport 170km.

The upper floor has a large room divided by a semi-partition, in it, there is a double bed on one side and two single beds on the other.

The ground floor (accessed by a step down) has a living and dining room with satellite television. Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen and a shower room.

The house is charming, its origins date back to the thirteenth century, it has recently been fully renovated very tastefully. Furnishings are comfortable and practical. Air conditioning is available for a supplement.

The large garden is beautiful, there are a vast lawn, mature trees, built in barbeque and a lovely patio by the pool. It is very child-friendly with swings and plenty of flat space. You can take pleasant strolls along the pathway in the shade of the adjoining woodland if you are in the mood you can even continue along a panoramic route all the way to Castiglion Fiorentino.

The prices don't include
Breakage deposit Euro 200 (payable in cash at the arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). Obligatory final cleaning Euro 80. Small size pets are welcome on payment of Euro 10 each per day. Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 3 each. Air conditioning Euro 1 per kwh (if used). Tourist Tax Euro 1 per person per day, applied for the first 7 days only, children up to 14 years do not pay. It is not possible to charge electric cars at the house, but at the charging stations located a few kilometers away.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
