Typical Tuscan country villa for up to six people, with a good sized private swimming pool. Located between Arezzo and Castiglion Fiorentino (both 10 km) where you can visit the historic centre, museums, shop and eat out. Local shops in the village of Olma 2 km. Siena 65 km and Florence 80 km. Pisa 180 km.

The second floor has two small single bedrooms (1 x 90 cm wide bed in each). Twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) and a bathroom with toilet.

The first floor (which is the main level and is accessed by external stone stairway) has a living room and dining room with fireplace and television. Fully equipped kitchen (with gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator...). Double bedroom and a shower room with toilet.

The house has 100 m² of living space and furnishings are both practical and traditional in style.

The ten-metre long pool is set in a large verdant garden which is fully enclosed. You can relax and admire the panoramic views of the surrounding undulating countryside which is covered with beautiful olive groves. Garden furniture is available for you to enjoy the sun by the pool, eat outside or cook up a barbeque. Parking space on the grounds.

Private pool open from 01/05 to 30/09. Wi-Fi Internet access. Bed linen and bathroom towels. One baby bed (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking. Pets are not allowed.

The prices don't include
Breakage deposit Euro 200 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). Obligatory final cleaning Euro 120. Heating Euro 7 per m3 (if used). Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used). Tourist tax Euro 3 per person per day applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
