Smart contemporary holiday home for up to four people with very large private swimming pool. Nice and private, 1.5 km from the sea and the old village of Altea which is absolutely charming and has some really good bars and restaurants. The house has air conditioning and internet. Beach, restaurants and shops 1.5 km. Altea centre 1.8 km. Alicante airport 70 km. Valencia airport 140 km.

The accommodation comprises a beautiful, comfortable living and room with television and DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker...) with dining area. Two double bedrooms both with air conditioning. Bathroom and a shower room.

The twelve-metre long pool is superb and you can relax on sun loungers on the patio and enjoy the views of the fruit orchards ripe with oranges and lemons. There is a covered terrace for eating outside and sitting in the shade as well as a barbeque area.
