Very good holiday property for up to four people with a large private pool which is completely secluded. The villa is part air conditioned with wifi internet newly available. Located in a peaceful setting just 1 km from the Ambolo beach, you can see the sea from the property. Arenal beach, shops and restaurants 4 km.

The accommodation covers 100 m² of living space and comprises a large summer room which opens onto the garden. Spacious living and dining room with television and comfortable furniture. Modern, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher...).

Two twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each which can push together to make an 180 cm wide double if required). The beds were new in 2015. Very smart, recently renovated bathroom with toilet.

The grounds are a good size, 1000 m² with a barbeque area and stone table and benches for eating outdoors. The pool faces south and is ten metres long and there is a large patio for relaxing, all protected from view by a high wall. Garage locked. Sun terrace.

In many ways, this is an ideal villa as it is comfortable with plenty of outdoor space, a barbeque and views, all very nice. The icing on the cake is the big pool which and has access via two gates, or directly from the house, whilst the proximity of the beach is the cherry on the top.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity.(except air/co) Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 to 19.00, departure before 10.00.

The prices don't include
Refundable deposit €500 payable locally by credit card slip, euro cheque or cash. Obligatory final clean payable locally 130€. Air conditioning €75 per week payable locally. Linen supplied at 15 euros per kit (per person) payable locally. Each kit comprises bed linen, 1 shower towel, 1 hand towel, 1 dishcloth per person. Heating for the house (if used). Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and catering. Pet supplement of €60 per stay per animal where they are allowed, as stated in the property description. Extra beds or person supplement of €80 per bed per week. Cot and/or high chair available for hire on request 50€ per week payable locally. Pet supplement 50€.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
