Restored country house with private swimming pool located a short drive from Castiglion Fiorentino 6km. Arezzo 20km. Perugia 60km. Siena 70km. Florence 90km.

The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a comfortable living and dining room with fireplace and satellite television. Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. Double bedroom, twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a bathroom.

The interior is charming and furnishings comfortable. There is the internet available for a supplement of 10€ per week.

The large grounds cover 5000 square metres and there is a good sized pool (which is occasionally used by the owners also so sometimes it is shared). There is plenty of garden furniture and a barbeque. Shaded parking area.

This property provides a peaceful and relaxing base for relaxing and discovering the delights of the Tuscany region.

Private pool open from 01/05 to 30/09. Pets are not allowed. Swimming pool and garden maintenance. Wi-Fi internet access. Sheets and bathroom towels (initial set). One Baby bed with sheets (for children up to 3 years), to require in advance.

The prices don't include
Breakage deposit € 200 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 3 each. Air conditioning Euro 0,80 per Kwh (if used) Heating € 6 per m3 (if used) It is not possible to charge electric cars at the house, but at the charging stations located a few kilometers away. Tourist Tax Euro 1 per person per day, applied for the first 7 days only, children up to 14 years do not pay.
