Beautiful holiday accommodation in a unique conversion of a farm building which dates back to the 10^th century. The garden has an outdoor pool (9m triangle) which commands stunning views of the mountains and a 7m x 3m heated pool in an annexe. The villa is around 45 minutes drive from Andorra. Local shops and restaurants are in the village of Coll de Nargo 16km. Barcelona airport 167km.

The accommodation is on four floors in all.

The first floor has a terrace overlooking the pool with sun loungers. Sitting room, double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a bathroom. Two further double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each) and two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds) all with bathrooms.

The ground floor has a reading room with a computer (internet access) and television, twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds), bathroom and a private terrace. A few steps lead to a large living and dining room with fireplace, large table, sofa, hi-fi and access to covered terrace. Kitchen with a small refrigerator, old fireplace, wooden benches and a rear kitchen with two refrigerators and dishwasher. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed), sitting room and a bathroom. Games room with table tennis and table football. A television room with large screen television and comfortable seating for ten.

The lower floor has a gym with sauna.

The garden also has a boules terrain, games area and a garage for four cars.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen and towels (not bath towels) provided. Final clean included. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 17.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00.

Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure.
