Set on the hillside overlooking Nice this superb, secluded villa has a private swimming pool, spa and beautiful garden. The pebble beach at Nice is 5km. Nice airport 10km. Nice is a fabulous city with lots going on, brilliant markets, casinos excellent shopping, lots of good restaurants and cafes and an atmospheric old town. It is both trendy and old style, rather Italian, at the same time.

The upper floor has a master double bedroom with bathroom. A further double bedroom with shower room. The two rooms share a balcony (10m²) overlooking the garden.

The ground floor has a spacious (70m²), light and airy living room which is very comfortably furnished and is equipped with a television (TNT and Canel+) and opens onto the terrace which commands wonderful sea views. Dining room with large patio doors overlooking the sea. Fully equipped kitchen with American refrigerator, oven, microwave, electric induction hob, coffee maker, dishwasher etc. Double bedroom and separate toilet.

The lower floor has a long triple bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed and 1 x 90cm wide bed) with study and reading area. Bathroom. Cinema room (sound proof) and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

There is air conditioning in three of the bedrooms and wifi internet access.

Overall the décor is meticulously maintained and the villa is very comfortable.

The large garden is lovely with lawned areas and a good sized pool with terrace and spa. The summer kitchen, equipped with fridge, twin hob, sink and barbeque is perfect for enjoying cooking fresh local produce outdoors. There is also a table tennis and garage for parking.

The villa is situated in a select residential area which is private and accessed only via the automatic barrier which operates with a number code.

This superb villa offers peace and seclusion, comfortable living, marvellous outdoor garden and stunning view. Here you can really appreciate the Cote d’Azur.
