Gorgeous villa with a large patio, private swimming pool and wonderful sea views. Very well located at the foot of the Twelve Apostle Mountains, just a few minutes level walk (250 metres) from the beach, restaurant, shops and amenities of Camps Bay in Cape Town. Within twenty minutes drive of V & A waterfront, Table Mountain cable car and Cape Town centre. Also handy for Hout Bay, Chapman’s peak drive and Cape of Good Hope nature reserve.

The first floor has five double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each) all with en suite bathrooms. All the bedrooms have a free-standing colour satellite television and hairdryer.

The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances including a dishwasher leading onto the surrounding patio via patio doors. Large living and dining room fitted with a safe, state of the art audio and television equipment and a bar.

The villa is tastefully decorated in attractive African Renaissance style throughout. Balconies from the first floor offer stunning views of the bay and Cape Towns Twelve Apostles.

The large salt water pool is complemented by a barbecue area and generous outdoor furnishings and plenty of sun loungers.

Above the villa is a fully independent penthouse (reference SAIN002).

There are laundry and free internet facilities (ADSL and wireless), and there is secure garage parking for 3 cars as well as off-street parking for 2 cars. Fully serviced daily, except for Sundays and Public holidays. Children welcome.

Refundable deposit - ask for details. Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure.
