charges included, water, electricity (based on the average consumption of the villa according to the seasons), firewood, sheets and household linen, towels and a bathrobe per bathroom. Cot and high chair on request, changing table, stair gate, on request and subject to availability.

The prices don't include
The security deposit: 900 €. Amount charged if there is an overrun of the usual electric package at 0.15 € per Kwh as well as the electric heating of the villa. It is possible to rent 3 adult bikes (35 euros/week/bike) and 2 children's bikes (25 euros/week/bike). The tourist tax is to be paid on site.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
