Beautiful, air-conditioned, contemporary villa in stone and wood, with hot tub for six, perched on the rocks overlooking the sea. The house is in a perfect location just five minutes walk from the charming village of Stoupa which has restaurants, bars, supermarkets and two beautiful beaches. Kalamata airport 55km (taxi fare is reasonable, you don't need a car here). Athene's airport approximately three and a half hours drive.

The accommodation is on two floors, for 6 people, 3 bedrooms, 3 bath/shower rooms. Frontline from sea, Jacuzzi, wifi internet, walk to the beach.

The ground floor has a living and dining room with fireplace and a screened fully equipped kitchen, all opening onto the covered terrace and Jacuzzi area which is nice and private, overlooking the sea. Large double bedroom (1 x 180cm wide bed which will convert to two singles if required) with en-suite bathroom and toilet.

The upper floor has a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with en-suite walk in shower and toilet and access to a large balcony terrace with awesome views of the sea and Stoupa Bay, there is a stone seat with cushions, a perfect spot for watching the fisherman pass in their small boats. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a shower room with walk-in shower and toilet.

On the terrace, there is a hot tub for six people. Tasteful décor adapted along Feng-shui principals assure a truly tranquil holiday. Due to its position on the rocks, this villa is not really suitable for young children.

Cleaning is done every day and for a supplement daily cooking lessons are available. There is wifi internet (rather feeble).

€350 reduction per week if taken by just one couple. This is an excellent honeymoon villa. There is air conditioning, just in the bedroom.

Stoupa is a charming, friendly place, all nice and low key though there is one discrete place where you can dance the night away if you like. At the far end of the perfect bay, there is a dedicated cycle track (you can walk it too, bikes can be hired) which takes you to Agios Nicolaus, a beautiful small traditional fishing port. The mountain villages are fabulous to visit too.

You will not want to leave this house.

The euro prices shown are for the villa, per week and include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Bed linen (changed twice a week) and towels (beach towels changed once a week) are provided. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden maintenance.

The prices don't include
Refundable cash deposit €500 (or equivalent) payable locally. Heating for the house. The villa must be left reasonably clean by you otherwise extra cleaning will be required for which you will need to pay an additional amount.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
