The villa Tutignano is a beautifully restored farmhouse which now offers lovely holiday accommodation for up to six people. Here you and your family can enjoy the peace and tranquillity of Tuscany in this charming property which has a private swimming pool and garden and enjoys super views of the surrounding countryside. The last 800 metres of the access road is rough track not suited to low vehicles. Located 4km from shops and restaurants. Pontassieve 6km. Florence 16km. Pisa airport 110km.

The upper floor has a reading area.

The lower floor has a comfortable living room with fireplace and satellite television. Dining room and open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with fireplace. Two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. Bathroom and a second bathroom with shower.

The interior decor is light, neutral and mainly white. Furnishings are refined and comfortable. There is a cot available on request.

There are lawns by the pool where you can relax on the sun loungers provided. An outdoor dining area is complemented by a barbeque on which you may wish to cook the excellent meat for which the area is well known.

Refundable deposit 400€ (or equivalent) payable locally. Obligatory final clean payable locally 130€. Gas consumption payable locally according to the meter reading 5,5€/mc. electricity: 0,45€ kWh. Heating if required : 5,5€/m. tourist taxe : 1.5 euro per person and per day
