Attractive villa with large, heatable private pool and garden commanding superb views of the surrounding hills. Located 5 minutes drive from shops, bars and restaurants in the picturesque village of Corrares. Lake Vinuela is 25 minutes drive. Malaga airport is around 1 and a half hours drive and Granada is about 1 hour in the car.

The accommodation comprises a comfortable living and dining room with double sofa bed and television. Fully equipped kitchen. Three double bedrooms and a triple bedroom (3 x 90cm wide beds). Two bathrooms.

The beautiful pool can be heated on request for a supplement (95€ per week). There is ample garden furniture and a barbeque so you can enjoy dining on the terrace, taking in the views.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen provided (bed linen and shower and hand towels). Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (except heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 17.00 – 20.00, departure by 09.30.

The prices don't include
Refundable deposit - 300€ cash. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Pool heating on request 190€ per week. Air conditioning : 1 euros per hours of using.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
