The villa Pioppi can accommodate up to seven people comfortably and has a private pool and garden which is well adapted for family holidays. Located in the Mugello hills, north of Florence 35km, in Tuscany. Local shops and restaurants in Giotto 4km. Lake Bilancino 25km is great if you like water sports or just want to enjoy a walk by the shore. Pisa airport 118km.

The upper floor has a charming, small sitting room in the eaves.

The ground floor has a living and dining room with fireplace, television, hi-fi and access to the garden. Fully equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms each with bathroom and toilet. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a single bedroom (1 x 90cm wide bed). A bathroom which is also accessible from the twin bedroom directly.

The interior has light, neutral decor and the furnishings are comfortable, fairly traditional in style.

The garden has lawns and from the pool, there are super views of the hills. There is plenty of garden furniture and a barbeque.
