This holiday house in Tuscany can accommodate up to ten people and has a private pool and garden. The villa La Terrazza Dei Frati has a great history as back in the thirteenth century it was a refuge for monks attending the Roman church Paroissale de Dicomano. Just 1km from the property there is a farm where you can buy fresh produce. Shops and restaurants in Vicchio 3.5km. Florence 37km. Lake Bilancino for water sports 16km. Riding 1km. Tennis and canoeing 3km. Golf 16km. Pisa airport 135km.

Main house

The first floor has an entrance and a comfortable living room with fireplace. Bathroom. Double bedroom with shower room. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a bathroom with whirlpool bath.

The ground floor has a covered terrace with dining area and a kitchen.

Annexe

Kitchenette. Double bedroom and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Bathroom with whirlpool bath. Gallery with spacious sitting area and fireplace along with a double sofa bed. Bathroom with shower.

The interior is spacious and pleasantly cool even in summer as is so often the case with well built, old style country houses in Tuscany.

The interior is cosy and traditional in style with plenty of comfortable furnishings.

The garden has lawns by the big pool and there are superb views of the magnificent, undulating countryside and Murgello from the terrace.
