A Charming country house which sleeps up to ten people, set in peaceful countryside with a large private swimming pool and garden. Located 1km from shops and restaurants in Borgo San Lorenzo in Tuscany, Italy. Riding 2km. Golf 7km. Canoeing, sailing and windsurfing at lake Bilancino 15km. Florence 20km. Pisa airport 118km. You can partake in sculpture or painting courses on request as well as take guided walks or hire bicycles.

The upper floor has two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each). A further twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) with en-suite bathroom with shower. Bathroom. The upper floor bedrooms have air conditioning.

The ground floor has a dining room with fully equipped kitchen which opens onto the covered terrace which is equipped for you to dine outdoors. Spacious living and dining room with fireplace and satellite television. Laundry room. Two double bedrooms with a shower of which one is suitable for handicapped access.

This spacious recently converted farmhouse has light decor and comfortable furnishings well suited to a family holiday. A cot is available on request.

The garden is child-friendly with plenty of lawn space and by the big pool, there are sun loungers so you can enjoy the warm sunshine. There are a barbeque and plenty of parking space on the grounds. In all, there are two covered outdoor dining areas with a full complement of garden furniture in each.
