Casa Di Vestro is a classic Tuscany villa set on a hillside overlooking the stunning countryside for which Italy is famed. The house sleeps up to ten people and has a private swimming pool and a large garden. Shops, bars and restaurants in San Giustino Valdarno 3km. Arezzo 20km. Siena 60km. Florence 60km. Pisa airport 140km.

The upper floor has a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Further double bedroom. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a bathroom.

The ground floor has a comfortable living and dining room with fireplace, television and DVD player, opening onto the covered terrace where you can enjoy a barbeque and eat in the fresh air. Fully equipped kitchen with all you require for successful self-catering. Double bedroom and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Bathroom with shower.

The interior style is very pleasant and in keeping with the traditional Tuscan style of this stone house. Furnishings are comfortable and there are eco-friendly solar panels on the roof which allow the production of sufficient electricity for the property to be self-sufficient.

The garden is lovely, there is a good sized pool complemented by plenty of garden furniture allowing you to relax and enjoy the views and tranquillity. There are lawns, mature trees and colourful flowers as well as a table tennis table.

A few hundred metres away is another holiday rental property which belongs to the same owner which you could rent as well if you have a large group, it is the ITA1004 Arcobaleno which sleeps up to 10 people.

The euro prices shown are for the villa, per week and include
Private pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09. Swimming towels. Cleaning of the house at the end of each week (for multiple weeks bookings). Wi-Fi Internet access. Bed linen and bathroom towels. One baby bed (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking.

The prices don't include
Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). Obligatory final cleaning Euro 180. Heating Euro 9 per m3 (if used). Tourist Tax Euro 1 per person per day, applied for the first 5 days only, children up to 12 years do not pay. Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day. It is not possible to charge electric cars at the house, but at the charging stations located a few kilometers away.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
