Smart contemporary villa with attractive garden and beautifully shaped swimming pool with a wooden deck from where you can enjoy splendid views towards the sea. Shops and restaurants 2km. Beach 2.3km. Lloret de Mar centre 5km.

The accommodation comprises a light and airy living and dining room which opens onto a covered terrace where you can dine outdoors overlooking the pool area. Fully equipped modern kitchen. Two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds). Two bathrooms.

The interior decor is tasteful, fittings are good quality and the furnishings both comfortable and practical. Air conditioning is available for a supplement of 50€ per week.

There is a lawned area by the pool and there is plenty of garden furniture as well as a barbeque.
