Charming air conditioned villa with pool and garden overlooking Guidaloca bay. Set in the verdant Grotticelli Buonrisposo valley near the Zingaro natural park this is the perfect spot for those who love the sea and mountains. The sea and beach are just 2.3km drive and shops and restaurants are in Scopello 4km. Palermo airport 77km.

The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a living and dining room with plasma television and DVD player as well as a hi-fi. Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Wine cellar for your locally produced holiday wine.

The villa is very well maintained with attractive décor and comfortable furnishings.

Outside there is a large terrace with a barbeque area which is ideal for outdoor dining and admiring the beautiful views.

The pool is complemented by an outdoor shower and there is plenty of garden furniture.
