Stunning, luxurious modern villa with big grounds and a large, indoor, heated (to 29 degrees year round) swimming pool. Located in the Breton countryside within easy driving distance of the beautiful Armor coast of northern Brittany. Shops and restaurants 10km. Beach 40km. Golf 30km.
The upper floor has a double bedroom (160cm x 2m bed) and a dormer room (8 x 90cm wide beds). Bathroom and toilet. Access to a large sun terrace.

The ground floor has a spacious (70m²), light and airy living and dining room and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) with ensuite shower room. Further double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) and a bathroom. Separate toilet with extra wide door and interior (suitable for wheelchair access).

The villa is exceptionally smart, is architect designed and adapted for people with restricted mobility on the ground floor which is where the pool is situated. There is wifi internet access, 2 cots, 3 high chairs, babybath and stairgate.

In a separate building there is the leisure area which houses the indoor pool, sauna and games area with table football. The comprehensive security system includes a digital access code and an electric pool cover.

The garden is well equipped with pool furniture and there is a boules area along with a children’s play house.

Note: On occassions, the owner occupies a small independent apartment on the grounds. Ask for details.

The prices don't include
Refundable cash deposit €800 payable locally. Heating for the house and firewood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
