Located six hundred metres from the beach in Trapetto this holiday house with big private pool has beautiful views of the hills.

Villa accommodation all on 2 floors covering 110 m² for 6 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, air conditioning.

The ground floor of the villa BLUE has a living and dining room with double sofa bed and an open plan equipped kitchen (with oven, fridge freezer etc. but no dishwasher). Double bedroom, twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) and a shower room with toilet.

The upper floor has an attractive double bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet as well as a kitchenette which is ideal for peaceful, private breakfasts. There is also a balcony terrace.

The grounds are a good size covering 1500 m² and there is an impressive twelve-metre long swimming pool which is ideal for a good swim. There are loungers for relaxing in the sunshine and a barbecue as well as a covered patio terrace adapted for outdoor dining. You can park several cars within.

The extra special feature of this property is the 600 metres walk to the beach.
