Within walking distance of the beach of the coveted resort of Balestrate in the Palmero region of northern Sicily this attractive holiday house has a private pool and sea views.

Villa accommodation covering 100 m² on 2 floors for 5 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, air conditioning, satellite television, wifi.

The ground floor of the villa BILLA has a nicely furnished living and dining room with an open plan equipped modern kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge/freezer etc. but no dishwasher) with bar and stools, all opening onto the large patio terrace overlooking the sea. Shower room.

The upper floor has two double bedrooms and a single bedroom (90 cm wide bed) along with a shower room. There is air conditioning in all of the bedrooms and there is the possibility to add an additional single put you up bed for a supplement if required.

The beautiful grounds cover 1500 m² and there is a seven-metre-long swimming pool with steps for easy access which is particularly useful for small children and elderly adults as well as loungers for enjoying the sunshine. There is a barbecue and a well-equipped summer kitchen along with table and chairs for eating outdoors in the shade so you can adopt a relaxed holiday lifestyle both during the day and the long warm summer evenings. There is parking space within for a number of cars.

The extra special feature of this property is the 500 metres walk to the beach.
