Facing the Borromees islands on the banks of Lake Maggiore in the Piemont region of Italy the villa Melinda has a heated private pool as well as a Jacuzzi and a piano. Fully restored in line with the guidelines for protected buildings this luxurious property offers the opportunity for an exceptional holiday as a place to stay as much as its marvellous location overlooking the majestic lake.

Villa accommodation covering 600 m² on 3 floors for 13 people, 6 bedrooms (5 included in the price and an extra one available for a supplement), 6 shower rooms (5 included and one extra available), air conditioning, Apple TV, wifi.

The ground floor has an entrance hall and a large living room with marble fireplace, grand piano, bar, comfortable seating and television all opening onto a large covered patio terrace with garden furniture and superb views of the lake. A professional standard kitchen which is fully equipped. Dining room with a table for twelve people, access to the terrace with garden furniture for eating outside as well as a barbecue, overlooking the pool. There is an extra bedroom (available on option for a supplement of 650 euros per week) with double sofa bed, television and shower room.

The upper floor has four double bedrooms each with en-suite shower room. Triple bedroom (with a double bed and a single sofa bed) and a shower room.

The lower floor has a leisure area with fitness room, jacuzzi, steam room, massage room and a shower room as well as a sitting area with views of the lake. For children, there is a games area with a car circuit board, small baby chairs, rocking horse, a puppet theatre and numerous toys.

All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a safe deposit box and satellite television.

Set in huge grounds covering 20000 m² planted with beautiful flowering camellias and rhododendrons and a twelve-metre long swimming pool. Garage for parking.

This is a magnificent holiday property which is very comprehensively equipped with all you need and more including details like blue tooth bose speakers, Playstation, table tennis, badminton and much more.

Located 4 km from the centre of Baveno and 4 km from Stresa which is the most popular town on Lake Maggiore. In Baveno, you can enjoy nice walks by the lake and there is a good choice of charming bars, restaurants and shops as well as the ferry departure point for visiting the islands and from the railway station, it is easy to get to Milan.
