Near the village of Solcio by the beautiful Lake Maggiore this property is in a unique stunning setting and offers an extra special holiday with luxury facilities both inside and out. Set in grounds covering eight hectares with a private heated pool, a private tennis court and a private golf course, this is a rare and exceptional villa.

Villa accommodation covering 400 m² comprising the main house and an annexe for 10 people (the price shown is for the main house which sleeps 8, the annexe which sleeps 2 is available for a supplement), 5 bedrooms, 5 shower rooms, air conditioning, satellite television, wifi.

The main house (350 m²) is all on one level and has a spacious living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, gas hob etc.). Fitness room. Four double bedrooms all air-conditioned and equipped with telephone, safe box and en-suite shower room. Leisure area for children with various video games, satellite television and DVD player. Electric piano. Suitable for wheelchair access.

The annexe (available for a supplement of 2500 € per week) has a living and dining room with kitchenette, Double bedroom and en-suite shower room.

The vast grounds covering 80000 m² are beautiful and as well as a fourteen-metre-long swimming pool (which can be heated for a supplement) there is a private tennis court and a nine-hole golf course. Bicycles, canoes and a motorboat are available and included in the rental.

The entire property and facilities described are exclusive, fully private even though the owner has a small outbuilding away from the main house and the annexe.

The private residential area of Solcio di Lesa situated in between Arona 7 km and Stresa 10 km is an ideal base for visiting Lake Maggiore and the surrounding countryside. Stresa is the main popular tourist town on the lake and there are numerous shops, bars and restaurants. From there you can take a ferry to explore the lake and the islands and enjoy the surrounding Swiss and Italian mountains. You can visit Milan, Locarno and Lugano as well as the Piemont vineyards, the romantic Lake Orta and the neighbouring valleys and mountains.
