By the sea near Alicante on the Costa Blanca in Spain situated in Villa Joyosa this rare designer property with a big pool has a really beautiful sea view and direct access to a sandy beach just three minutes’ walk, it is a little paradise.

Villa accommodation covering 450 m² for 12 people, 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, air-conditioned, satellite television, wifi, cleaning service.

The ground floor has an entrance hall and a light spacious living and dining room around 180 m² with full-size patio doors offering superb views of the sea and easy access to the covered patio terrace. The ultra-modern kitchen is very big and comprehensively equipped with three fridge/freezers, all the kitchen accessories you need and a preparation area which is a few metres long. Two double bedrooms each with a bathroom and toilet. Two more double bedrooms which share the use of another bathroom and toilet. The bedrooms are big and very comfortable. From the teak deck patio which is around 200 m², there are magical sea views.

The garden floor (accessible via a lift from the entrance hall) has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) each with a bathroom and toilet. There is also a games room with table tennis, table football and television as well as a garage for parking.

This luxurious villa is in perfect condition and offers refined comfort and style without bling. There is a daily cleaning service as well as regular linen change included in the price.

The good-sized grounds cover 2000 m² and there is a very attractive secluded pool area with a fifteen-metre-long swimming pool along with a summer kitchen with “plancha” hot plate and a barbecue. Via stairs and a glass passageway you can access the deck situated above and both areas offer plenty of privacy

Situated away from the busy areas yet just three minutes’ drive from Villa Joyosa 1.5 km, near Alicante 32 km and Benidorm 15 km close to a number of sandy beaches.
