Independent villa with a private pool and garden with stunning views right down to the sea. Twenty-five minutes walk from the beach and the centre of Stoupa, the jewel of the Peloponnese. Set on a select, private complex of seven similar private villas, this one is third from the end.

Villa accommodation for 4/5 people on 3 floors, 2 bedrooms, 3 bath/shower rooms. Satellite television, air conditioning and Wifi internet.

The ground floor has a comfortable living and dining with full-sized sofa bed, open-plan kitchen area (with 2 ring hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster but no oven or dishwasher) leading to a shower room.

The upper floor has a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower along with a large balcony terrace accessed via French windows from the landing.

The basement has a twin bedroom and a bathroom with over bath shower. The delightful pool area is accessed via steps.

The euro prices shown are for the villa, per week and include
Bed linen and towels. Bedding and towels are changed every 3 to 4 days and the key-holders advise the exact details on a card in the villa on arrival. Beach towels are not provided..

The prices don't include
*A fifth person can be accommodated on a full sized single bed in the lounge, that also doubles as the sofa (Additional charge €10 per night).
