Perfect villa for a couple with a private infinity pool and garden overlooking countryside and the sea. Twenty-five minutes walk from the beach and the centre of Stoupa, the gem of the Peloponnese. Set on a select, private complex of seven similar private villas in a row.

Villa accommodation for 2 people, 1 bedroom, 2 shower rooms. Satellite television, air conditioning and Wifi internet.

The ground floor has a good sized, comfortable living and dining room along with an open-plan kitchen (with 2 ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker but no oven or dishwasher), access via steps to the pool area. Shower room.

The upper floor has a double bedroom and a shower room along with French windows on the landing leading to a balcony terrace with fabulous views down to the sea.

The infinity pool gives a really nice effect and in the pool itself there are massage jets and there are sun beds on the patio for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine.

Kalamata airport is 50 km (the taxi fare is reasonable and it is easy to hire a car in the resort for a day or so, therefore the option for a car free or partly car-free holiday is possible). Athens airport is around three and a half hours drive (motorway as far as Kalamata).

Bed linen and towels. Bedding and towels are changed every 3 to 4 days and the key-holders advise the exact details on a card in the villa on arrival. Beach towels are not provided.
