Attractive villa with a private pool and garden commanding stunning views of the sea. Twenty-five minutes walk from the beach and the centre of Stoupa, the jewel of the Peloponnese. Set on a select, private complex of seven similar private villas, this one is next to the end.

Villa accommodation for 4 people, on three floors, 3 bath/shower rooms. Satellite television, air conditioning and Wifi internet.

The ground floor entrance opens onto the comfortable living and dining area with open-plan kitchen (2 ring hob, microwave, kettle etc. but no oven or dishwasher) and steps leading to the pool area.

The upper floor has a twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) and a shower room, access to the veranda from the landing via French windows.

The basement floor has a good sized double bedroom along with its en-suite shower room and walk-in wardrobe. Bathroom with over bath shower. Steps lead to the pool terrace via French windows.

Kalamata airport is 50 km (the taxi fare is reasonable and it is easy to hire a car in the resort for a day or so, therefore the option for a car-free or partly car-free holiday is possible). Athens airport is around three and a half hours drive (motorway as far as Kalamata).

The euro prices shown are for the villa, per week and include
Bed linen and towels. Bedding and towels are changed every 3 to 4 days and the key-holders advise the exact details on a card in the villa on arrival. Beach towels are not provided.

The prices don't include
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
