A front line of sea, independent house with fabulous sea views located just 50 m very easy walk from the beach and 100 m from a really nice beachside bar with a restaurant serving delicious Greek food. Ten minutes drive from the highly reputed Costa Navarino Dunes Golf course 1.6 km.

House for up to 4 people, 1 bedroom, 1 shower room. Air conditioning. Beach 50 metres.

Outside steps lead up to the accommodation which is on the first floor (garage underneath). Air conditioned living and dining room with double sofa bed, television and kitchen corner (with three electric ring hob, small oven, fridge, coffee maker - but no dishwasher or washing machine), opens onto a small balcony terrace with table and chairs and sea views. Air conditioned double bedroom with safe deposit box, which opens onto the terrace. Shower room with hydro massage shower and toilet.

One of a private residential group of six similar standalone houses (the photographs shown are an example of one, you can expect similar though not identical) of which this one is front line to the sea, the other four are behind.

Note: the bar restaurant on the beach is open mid - May to mid - September.

The accommodation is basic but practical and in good order, well suited to a reasonably priced house right by the sea. Each has a garden area and garage and the communal area is fenced and gated.

Located at the end of the road leading to the beach this is a peaceful spot where you can enjoy the sea and the rather cool beach bar ambience (which has a private section of beach with services such as loungers and waiters).

On sight, you have a multilingual, friendly daily concierge service for such things as reserving a restaurant, excursion or golf session on one of the two top class 18 hole courses nearby. The public sandy beach is very nice and gently sloping. Small supermarket in Ramanos village 2 km.
