In Corsica near the village and beach of Moriani on the Costa Verdi, this rare property has plenty of character as its origins are an abandoned barn which has been fully renovated. The house is set in huge wooded grounds with a big lawn and private pool, near the sea.

Villa accommodation covering 180 m² for 10 people (plus 1), 5 bedrooms, 2 bath/shower room, partial air conditioning, wifi.

The ground floor has a kitchen which is perfectly equipped. Small laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Two double bedrooms (140 cm wide bed in each) and a shower room with toilet. Air-conditioned living and dining room with piano opens via large patio doors onto the garden.

The upper floor has a large entrance hall leading to a sitting room with fireplace (wood provided) television, DVD player and hi-fi. A small corridor leading to a children’s bedroom (2 bunk beds both 190 cm x 90 bed). Two double bedrooms (140 cm wide beds in each). Bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet.

The house is well equipped and has a warm contemporary decor.

The large peaceful grounds cover 5000 m² and there is a nine-metre-long private swimming pool. There is a large covered terrace with garden furnishing for eating outdoors and there is a barbecue for grills. As well as a volleyball court there is a children’s play area, badminton and a boules area. All you need for a perfect holiday.

The seaside village of Moriani-Plage is around 1.5 km, there you will find shops, restaurants and a nice sandy beach. Located 40 km south of Bastia airport it is an ideal location for visiting much of Corsica.

The prices don't include
The deposit is payable on arrival. Final cleaning to be paid on arrival: 150 euros. Eclectic package: above a consumption of 180 kwh/week, supplement of 0.20 euros /kwh.
