Superb, sizable, recent, stone villa with a large private swimming pool with overflow effect, set in vast gardens surrounded by pine woods. Located near shopping and restaurant facilities in Villecroze 4km, within driving distance of the Mediterranean coast at Saint Maxime 54km. Marseilles airport 95km. This is a peaceful setting.

The accommodation comprises a fully equipped kitchen, large living room and dining room. In all, there are seven bedrooms of which four have south facing covered terraces. There are two single bedrooms (1 x 120cm wide bed in each), two double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide beds in each), a further double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed), a triple bedroom (3 x 90cm wide beds) and a bunk bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds), Two separate toilets. Three bathrooms, one of the latter has an octagonal bath. Fitness room.

Overall the interior is in very good order. Furnishings and décor are elegant. There is a large terrace for eating al fresco and a pool house which has a covered dining area, fully equipped summer kitchen, separate toilet and shower. The pool is lovely and there is a paddling pool for children.
