Ideally situated in the heart of the Cote d’Azur just 200 metres from all you need in the way of shops, bars and restaurants and just 800 metres from the beach (around ten minutes on foot). The property is incredibly preserved from the bustle of the town, the villa is luxurious and modern with a contemporary pool and architect designed interior spa. Ideal for a peaceful holiday near the beach.

Villa accommodation covering 150 m² on 2 levels for 6 people, 4 bedrooms, 2 bath/shower rooms, satellite television, wifi.

The ground floor has a spacious living and dining room with big screen home cinema and Bluetooth, a large square table (140 cm x 140) and access to the veranda with bamboo decor and wood parquet floor and the Spa (for 5), all overlooking the garden. Open-plan high quality fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, wine cooler, etc.) opening onto a patio terrace shaded by a hundred-year-old vine, there is a barbecue and tropical theme decor as well as a huge cactus. Double bedroom (140 cm x 200 bed), shower room with walk-in shower (90 cm x 90), toilet and access to a private patio terrace with a wooden pergola and access to an area of the garden with banana trees providing some privacy.

The upper floor has a double bedroom (160 cm x 200 bed) with a large balcony terrace with a wooden deck from where you have views of the heights of Cagnes and its medieval chateau. Another double bedroom (140 cm x 200 bed) and a single bedroom (120 cm x 190 bed). Bathroom with a large bath and a separate toilet.

The interior of the house has up to date tasteful décor with exotic wood and a tropical theme which extends to the garden, furnishings are comfortable and the equipment high standard.

The grounds cover 500 m² and there is a six-metre-long swimming pool which is perfect for cooling off, the grey finish creates an attractive colour of water and the salt filtration system is nice to have too. Clever use of natural wood and exotic plants and trees provide a very relaxing and pleasant environment and the double hammock is perfect for siesta time.

The location is rare for a villa in the Cote d’Azur as it is only 20 minutes taxi ride from Nice airport and also within 15 minutes you can walk to the train station with trains servicing the coast for places like Nice, Cannes and Monaco. So, you can reasonably stay here without a car if you like.
