Charming holiday villa in a wing of an old farm which dates back to the eighteenth century set in good sized grounds with a big private pool. Located near the village of Eceuillé 1.5 km which is 17 km from Angers.

Villa accommodation covering 350 m² in two sections for 14 people, 7 bedrooms, 5 bath/shower rooms, satellite television, wifi.

Main house
The ground floor has a spacious living and dining room, study area with piano and a big fully equipped kitchen (with two dishwashers, gas hob, two refrigerators etc.). Triple bedroom (with one single bed 90 cm x 190 and a bunk bed for two children), shower room and toilet. Twin bedroom (two 90 cm x 190 beds which can push together to form a king-size double on request), bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet.

The upper floor has a triple bedroom (two 90 cm x 190 beds pushed together and a single bed 90 cm x 190), bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet. Triple bedroom (with three 90 cm x 190 beds) with washbasin. The ground floor of the south gable has a bedroom with a double sofa bed (on request).

South section
The ground floor has a spacious sitting room and a twin bedroom (two 90 cm x 190 beds), shower room and toilet. The upper floor has a twin bedroom (two 90 cm x 190 beds pushed together), bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet.

The attractive grounds cover 1500 m² and there is a twelve-metre-long swimming pool with loungers for relaxing. There are garden furniture and a parasol for eating outdoors as well as a barbecue. Parking space for a number of cars.

Supermarket 5 km. There are many places to visit in the vicinity including the historic city of Angers which houses the famous tapestry of the apocalypse, you can hire boats on the river and enjoy the likes of Saumur, the Abbaye de Fontevraud and the La Fleche zoo. There are two 18 hole golf courses within 5 km.

The prices don't include
The deposit must be paid either by credit card to Villas du Monde or by bank transfer. Final cleaning: 200 euros. Bed linen rental optional, beds made on arrival: 25 euros per bed, double or single. Tourist tax included.
