Super, contemporary villa with a terrace and courtyard in an exceptional location overlooking the sea and ramparts of the leisure port of Concarneau. Located on the waterfront just 400 metres from shops and restaurants. Sailing club 1km and sandy beach 3.5km. Golf 7km. Quimper 20km. This is a great house for couples.

The upper floor has a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a further double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed). Shower room and toilet. Both bedrooms have beautiful sea views.

The ground floor has a well-equipped kitchen and a living and dining room with sea views. There is no television but there is a wi-fi internet connection. Separate toilet.

The villa is really nicely furnished and whilst there is no garden there is a lovely terrace and courtyard. Parking for one car.

Refundable cash deposit €500 payable locally. Towels available on request 7€ per week. tourist taxes payable locally (normally 1.70€ per day per adult). Heating for the house and firewood.
