Lovely air conditioned villa set a superb garden with a private pool and stunning sea views. Located only 120 metres from the sea and a small beach, near Scopello 2km where there are shops, bars and restaurants. Palermo airport 40km. Zingaro nature reserve is nearby. Castellemare del Golfo for shops and restaurants 5km.

The upper floor has two double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each) and a shower room.

The ground floor has a living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Double bedroom and a shower room. Laundry room.

The house is practical and comfortably furnished.

The spacious garden is adorned with Mediterranean plants and trees, there are terraces both covered and open and a barbeque. The pool has an outside shower and fabulous views from the terrace.
