Attractive stone villa with a heated private swimming pool with retractable cover. Located near Lesneven just 800 metres from a sandy beach. Restaurant 1.5km and shops 4km. Supermarket 11km. Children's club and sailing club 1.5km. Riding 5km. Golf 30km. Brest 36km.

The second floor has a loft area with a double bed (140 cm wide).

The first floor has a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed), further double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a twin bedroom (2 x 120cm wide beds). Bathroom with toilet, shower and toilet.

The ground floor comprises a large living and dining room with beautiful traditional furnishings and a large fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with brick barbeque. Large double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) with gallery sitting area and adjacent bathroom with twin sinks, toilet.

There are three baby cots and one high chair available.

There is a lovely, landscaped garden with a good sized pool, large terrace and shower area complemented by a barbeque and bar. There are lawned areas overlooking a large orchard and a small wood. Although the pool is not heated it will normally attain temperatures around 5 degrees above normal when covered.
