We have a lovely range of villas in Crete, located in the centre, east and west of the island. Our portfolio ranges from one bedroom villas with their own private pool to a luxurious five bedroom converted windmill.
Greece Travel
Traveling to Greece is much easier nowadays as there are more and more low cost airlines operating. There are regular international flights to the two airports in Crete, Chania (CHQ) and Heraklion (HER). Airlines operating Crete include Easyet, Jet2 and Monarch. You can also fly direct to Corfu (CFU) with Easyjet, Jet2, Ryanair or Monarch and to Athens International (ATH) with Easyjet.
Greece Weather
The climate in Greece is one of the main attractions. Reliable warm, sunny weather from April to October with little rainfall. During the main school holiday months of July and August temperatures can get quite hot which is why most of our villas in Greece have air conditioning.
Greece holiday books to read
The modern day hit is Captain Corellis Mandolin by Louis de Berniere whilst a lesser known but also captivating novel is The Island by Victoria Hislop. Of course there are the Greek classics, the Illiad by Homer, Ulysess by James Joyce and the philosophies of Platos Republic and Socrates Dialogues. If they are a bit heavy then War Music by Christopher Logue is at least nice and slim.
There is something in Greece to suit all tastes, both modern villas and traditional, some in the countryside and others with stunning sea views.
