This delightful villa has a garden and a private swimming pool with superb views. Enjoying a wonderful hilltop setting, this villa has been designed to provide good access for handicapped users. Located within walking distance of the village of Prinos 1km, just 800 metres from the beach. Rethymnon 12km. Heraklion airport 67km. There is a recently opened supermarket which also serves fresh bread just 800 metres from the villa. The nearest taverna is at Scaleta beach 900 metres.

The accommodation is all on one level with a ramp for access and comprises a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen, dining room and a living room which opens onto the terrace with views of the sea on one side and the countryside on the other. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with an en-suite bathroom incorporating a hydro-massage bath and toilet. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with en-suite bathroom with toilet and a further double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with en-suite shower room and toilet.

Air conditioning is available in all rooms for a supplement. There is a satellite television, WI-FI internet and safe in the main bedroom. The lovely garden has a barbeque to complement the pool and there is also a sauna (supplement). Lena has a fire and central heating and is available for long winter rental – ask for price.

The prices don't include
Refundable cash deposit €500 payable locally. Heating for the house and firewood. Sauna (15€ per day) optional and payable locally.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure.
