Villas Worldwide adds to the range in Puglia, Lisbon, Algarve and Provence

There have been a number of significant advances in the Villas Worldwide / Villas du Monde product range in the last two months driven by a desire to offer interesting new areas and strong demand from VWW/VDM clients all over Europe.

The summer of 2018 looks as though it is going to be our busiest for some time with both Portugal and Spain proving to be extremely popular as is our longstanding French range.

France has been the biggest growth area with significant additions to the range in Provence especially in the Ardeche close to Vallon Pont d'Arc and near the popular very beautiful village of Gordes.

The stand out addition there has to be the ROU1001 Provence luxe cinema villa which sleeps ten people in comfort and has a very big heated private pool. Above all, it is located within walking distance of Roussillon which is one of the pearls of the region and as an unusual extra special feature it has a ten-seat private cinema room. Prices range from 1800 € to 4200 € per week.

In Portugal we now have over 110 villas in some of the best areas you can wish for, our range is rapidly becoming second to none. It is around Lisbon that we have the most houses and it is the good weather, culture, gastronomy and golf courses which attract so many clients especially from France and the UK.

We recently had a famous music company make a video for one of their top pop artists in this villa the PLL1207 Villa Ocean and you can see why they chose it. Their star act stayed in the villa and their security people ensured they were not disturbed. Prices range from 2100 € to 7185 € per week for 12 people.

Before Christmas, we were approached by a local agent in the Puglia area of southern Italy, which was a really good fortune as we have been trying hard to find a good range there for some time. Thankfully they were judged to be up to standard and are now featured in the Italian range. This fascinating lesser-known area has some of the most interesting and beautiful holiday villa architecture you will find anywhere with very up to date furnishings and fittings too.

The IPU1204 Villa Trullo is a fine example of the very unusual Trulli house style found only in the heal of Italy. The house sleeps 12 and prices range from 2555 € to 7090 € per week. With a gorgeous garden and beautiful private pool, it offers truly memorable holidays.

Our office in Javea has ensured a steady influx of good quality well-priced villas in really good locations in the Costa Blanca. The Costa Brava, Costa Dorada and Catalonia are in vogue too and all have been added to.
