In an ideal location within fifteen minutes walk of the famous village of Roussillon in an area known as French Colorado this beautiful secluded luxury villa is set in a completely tranquil peaceful garden with a breathtaking view of the mountains of the Vaucluse and a big heated swimming pool with retractable security cover. In the house, there is a proper home cinema where you can enjoy unforgettable film sessions and there is a fitness room with a sauna too.

Villa accommodation covering 200 m² all on one level for 10 people, 5 bedrooms, 3 bath/shower rooms, wifi.

The house has an entrance leading to a spacious living and dining room with television and fireplace, which opens via patio doors to a shaded patio terrace with round table which is ideal for eating outside and enjoying the views. Fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, electric hob, Nespresso coffee maker, but no microwave etc.). Laundry room with additional American fridge/freezer and large ice maker. Big master double bedroom (160 cm wide bed) with a spacious en-suite large shower room with twin sinks, dressing area and toilet, patio doors open from the bedroom onto the terrace. Study room where you can catch up on things in peace overlooking the lavender in the garden. Two more double bedrooms (one with 160 cm wide beds and one with a 140 cm wide bed) and a shower room with toilet. Twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) which opens onto the garden and overlooks olive trees. Double bedroom (160 cm wide bed) with en-suite bathroom and toilet.

In the basement, there is a fantastic home cinema room with stepped seating for ten people for exceptional film watching moments (there is a selection of 1500 films to choose from, many in English and French). There is also a good sized fitness room with a sauna.

The decor is tasteful Provencal style, recently re-done throughout except the kitchen, the equipment standard is high and the furnishings very comfortable.

The vast grounds cover 5000 m² and there is a fourteen-metre long pool so you can enjoy a good swim and it is heated which is really useful in low season. There are lawns and mature trees along with pretty Mediterranean plants and plenty of garden furniture including ten sun loungers and a barbecue. The garden is lovely, with fruit trees and olives and there are fabulous uninterrupted views of the valley below. Completely secluded and a haven of tranquillity it is a wonderful place to enjoy the best of Provence. There is shaded parking space for two cars and room for more within the grounds.

This is a superb holiday property for outstanding holidays with family and friends.

Nearby is the ochre landscape for which the area is renowned and you can enjoy beautiful walks there most of the year. In the beautiful village which is easy to get to up a quiet country lane, you will find charming shops, art galleries, cafes and restaurants and walks directly into the ochre areas. Nice airport 250 km. Marseille airport 79 km. Aix en Provence 69 km. Avignon 54 km.
