Renovated villa with private swimming pool set in a superb garden with lawns and mature trees on a number of levels. Located within walking distance of local shops, cafes and restaurants in Valls 600 metres, 20km from the Costa Daurada beaches and around 45 minutes drive (normally) from Barcelona. The Porta Aventura theme park is another of the local attractions along with the Roman ruins at Tarragona.

The first floor has a large twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) which you have to go through to the other two single bedrooms (1 x 90cm wide beds in each). Bathroom.

The ground floor has an entrance leading into the comfortable living room with fireplace, television and DVD player from where there is an arch leading through to the dining area. Beyond the dining area is a fully equipped kitchen. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and bathroom with shower.

The garden level floor which opens directly to the garden has a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed), twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a bathroom with shower.

Overall the villa is very pleasant and comfortable, with good décor.

The gorgeous garden is heady with Mediterranean scents from the pines and plants. The pool is complemented by a table tennis table and large lawn. There is also a built-in barbeque at the side of the villa.

Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Friday, arrival time 17.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00.
