Villa for family holidays on the Costa Brava just 1.5 km from the centre of Blanes and 3 km from the beach.

Villa accommodation covering 150 m² on 2 floors for 10 people, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, wifi.

The ground floor has a living and dining room with television and an equipped kitchen (no dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave etc.). Double bedroom, twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) and a single bedroom (90 cm wide bed) along with a bathroom and toilet.

The upper floor has a double bedroom and a single bedroom (90 cm wide bed) along with a sitting area with sofa bed and a bathroom.

The garden covers 470 m² and has a five-metre long swimming pool. There are sun loungers and garden furniture for eating outside as well as a barbecue. The views of the nearby hills are very nice. Parking space on the grounds.
