Air conditioned holiday villa with ten metre long private pool situated in the Costa Nova area of Javea, 4 km from the main sandy Arenal beach where there is a wide range of excellent bars, restaurants and boutique shops.

Main house
The upper floor has an air conditioned double bedroom with en suite shower room and toilet.

The ground floor has a living room with television which is open to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen which has access to a covered patio with table and chairs for dining outdoors. Two air conditioned double bedrooms and a shower room with toilet.

Annex
The accommodation comprises a double bedroom and a twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) along with a shower room. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.

The villa has 150 m² of living space and you can stay connected with Wi-fi internet at the house.

The good sized pool is complemented by a useful built in barbecue area with sink and work surface. There is a delightful stone table and chairs with shelter and plenty of garden furniture including sun loungers.

There is the possibility of renting just the main house - ask for details.

You will be met at our office (near the Arenal beach) by one of our friendly, multi-lingual staff who knows the area very well and will be able to answer any questions you may have as well as offer useful advise or assist with reserving a boat, or a restaurant. You get far more than just the villa with Villas du Monde in Javea.

The euro prices shown are for the villa, per week and include
Property provided in good condition and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services, including water, gas and electricity (except air conditioning). Maintenance of the garden and pool. Changeover day is Saturday, arrival time is from 16.00 to 19.00, departure before 10.00.

The prices don't include
The deposit of 1000 euros (non-cashable) to be left at our agency: credit card imprint compulsory or cash. The following services are to be paid on the spot at your arrival and in cash: - Cleaning: compulsory fixed price of 180 euros to be paid on site. - Air-conditioning: fixed price of 150 euros per week, (compulsory from mid May to mid September) Optional, to be ordered in advance (at least one week before your arrival): - Linen: beds made on arrival two towels, one large and one small, tea towels: 15 euros per person per stay. - On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby bed (50 euros per stay), extra bed if accepted in the villa (80 euros per stay), pets (50 euros per pet per stay)... Supplements are to be paid on site in cash on arrival.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
